Affinity Media, formerly Winter Media, was founded by David Winter to deliver a higher calibre of video project for professional clients. We’re all about an honest, collaborative approach that prioritises the story you need to tell. We’ll listen to what you need, challenge you with our own ideas and then create video projects built to achieve your objectives.
With over 40 years of experience shared by our team, we’ve created videos that have driven more than £3.6m of revenue for clients such as Tesla, Energizer and the NHS.
Meet the Team
David Winter
Founder & Director
David has produced over 3,000 videos across a 15-year career. He started the business in 2018 with a mission to help companies grow their online presence using video marketing. David’s passion for videography shines through and his personal video channels have attracted more than 10 million views worldwide.
Johnathan Ramsey
Head of Content Production
Johno is an experienced content creator who helps Affinity Media’s clients grow their brands online. Johno has built his own successful YouTube channel and applies his experience with that to help client campaigns soar.
Benjamin Smith
Head of Video Production
Ben has a 16-year career in video production and brings all of the skills and tricks of the trade to Affinity Media’s clients. Ben joined in 2022 and produced more than 100 videos in his first year.
Layla Patrickson
Content Management
With so much content to manage, Layla plays a crucial role in helping Affinity Media keep our content consistent. During peak months where Affinity Media produces over 100 videos, Layla’s attention to detail and organisational skills are essential to our ongoing success.
